Dear Customers,
In order to ensure the best service possible, we ship most small packages via UPS or USPS, depending on the order.  If you have a preferred shipping method, please contact us ahead of time and we will try to make the necessary arrangements if possible.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible for the best value.  All orders are processed on a business-day basis. For example, if you place your order on Friday at 5:30PM PST, the order will ship out on Monday.  If you order on Tuesday at 11AM EST, your order will most likely ship that same day.
All products containing compressors will be shipped via LTL freight.  These items include water coolers, refrigerators, and air-conditioners.  This will ensure that your order doesn't arrive damaged.
WE SHIP ONLY WITHIN UNITED STATES
Returns
Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date with an authorization code for a full refund minus shipping charges, any items sent back after the 14 day period will be issued a store credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition
